We do not support, process, or allow any financial transactions, online payments, or direct, legally binding booking reservations through this Website. You cannot purchase valeting packages or purchase paint correction hours online.

Any digital enquiry submitted through our digital forms represents a preliminary request for advice or appointment availability. All formal service contracts, service pricing, and concrete work agreements require a physical, visual inspection of your vehicle by our specialists at our physical Leeds wash bay (Unit 12, Spotlight Business Park, Whitehall Road, Leeds, LS12 1DB, United Kingdom).

3. Booking Allocations, Deposits, and Cancellations

Once you have undergone a physical paint and interior assessment at our workshop and we mutually agree on a specific valeting or detailing course, a booking slot may be offered:

  • Inspection & Consultation slots: All physical inspections are conducted strictly by appointment only. Failure to arrive for a scheduled inspection slot without 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your rescheduled priority slot.
  • Service Deposits: For intensive detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating programs requiring multiple days in our wash bay, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit covers the specialized bay reservation and chemical prep costs.
  • Cancellation Windows: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed physical detailing session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Vehicle Delivery, Storage, and Owner Responsibilities

If you deliver a vehicle to our physical premises for an inspection, safe washing, valeting, or detailing, the following conditions apply:

  • Personal Possessions: You must remove all high-value items, loose money, electronics, child car seats, and general personal belongings from the cabin before handing over the vehicle. We accept no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage of items left inside the vehicle.
  • Underlying Defects Disclosure: You are strictly required to disclose any prior resprays, smart repairs, aftermarket paint protection films (PPF), existing clear coat peeling, major stone chips, leather tears, modified structural elements, or electrical dashboard errors prior to work commencing. We accept no liability for damage arising from undisclosed pre-existing paintwork frailty or material vulnerabilities.
  • Vehicle Insurance: While on our premises, your vehicle is covered under our specialized motor trade liability insurance policy. However, we are not responsible for natural disasters, extreme weather events, or unpredictable electronic component failures that occur whilst the vehicle is stored in our facility.

5. Realistic Performance & Liability Limitations

Our detailing and valeting methods are designed to restore visual clarity and protect panels cautiously. However, clear coat finishes are finite:

  • We do not promise a "100% scratch-free" result. If defects cut deeper than the clear coat layer and have penetrated the base paint coat, mechanical correction cannot erase them without causing clear coat failure. In these instances, we prioritize conserving clear coat thickness over dangerous aesthetic correction.
  • Leather cleaning and stain extraction processes depend heavily on the age and wear level of your upholstery. We cannot restore worn, cracked, or naturally faded leather pigments to a factory-fresh appearance.
  • To the absolute extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Dailyspotlighttrax and dailyspotlighttrax.homes shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Website or the advice contained within.
